Refund Policy

Recreational League or camp/clinic

An 80% refund may be requested for any Brookside Soccer Club (BSC) Recreational League season or camp/clinic no later than one day prior to the start of that league or camp/clinic. If refund is approved, BSC-provided uniforms, soccer balls and all other materials provided by BSC MUST be returned within one week before monies are released. No refund will be approved on or after the first day of scheduled recreational league play or camp/clinic or beyond. League fees are Non Transferable and may be revoked at any time by staff. Unauthorized use results in an automatic loss of league membership privileges. 


BSC has a stringent refund policy because a player’s acceptance has the effect of denying another player an opportunity to play on a BSC competitive team. Accordingly, fees are not refundable and not transferable. Fees for participation in the competitive program cover the entire soccer year. A player who accepts an invitation to play with a BSC competitive team commits to pay the entire fee for the full soccer year. No refunds — partial or full — will be made to players who do not participate any point after June 30, 2015 for the 2015-2016 competitive season.
