As mentioned in last week's email, in light of the impacts of COVID-19, we unfortunately had to make the difficult decision to cancel the Spring 2020 Youth Recreational League Season. As a result, here are the 3 options available to our families:
1 - Donate. You may donate your Spring 2020 registration fee to benefit Brookside Soccer and our general scholarship fund. Brookside Soccer is a non-profit organization that will be able to provide you with a donation receipt for tax purposes.
2 - Transfer. 100% of your registration fee may be transferred to the cost of another one of our recreational programs occurring during 2020.
3 - Refund. Request a reimbursement of 80% of your registration fee back to your family. Unfortunately, we already had some expenses for the season that we can’t get back. We would love to provide 100% refunds to everyone, and we are very sorry we are unable to do so.
Whatever your decision, please keep in mind we have 3,000 players registered for the Spring Season. This will be a manual process, so please be patient as we take care of every request as quickly as possible.

The Donation, Transfer & Refund process will be active from May 9th, 2020 through December 31st, 2020; thereafter, you will need to contact Sporting Brookside directly.
